Hi there! If you came here looking for reviews on LiLash then you won’t be disappointed. Like you, I got excited about this product which claims to give me the kind of lashes I’ve always wanted. Imagine if you don’t need to apply mascara because your lashes are naturally gorgeous enough to be flaunted… So here, to answer those questions you might have about this product, I made my research which includes real user experiences to help you decide if it is indeed smart and safe to give it a try.

What is LiLash?

Lilash is an eyelash enhancer in a form of serum that is applied on the lashline the same way you would apply an eyeliner. The product promises to make your eyelashes grow fuller, longer, and stronger with regular use. It is a product of Cosmetic Alchemy based in Arizona – a company renowned for its luxury cosmeceutical products.

Compared to other eyelash conditioners which have salt-based ingredients, its no-salt formula developed by a physician safely stimulates the eyelashes with little or no irritation.

How Does It Work?

The product is composed of botanical extracts and laboratory tested chemical growth enhancers that are supposedly formulated to stimulate each lash follicle making them grow longer, stronger, and fuller in about 8 to 12 weeks. It conditions and restores the lashes so they do not easily break. The serum can also be used on the eyebrows but another product from the same company is actually formulated specifically for that purpose.

The potent ingredients in the serum include Lupinus Albus Seed Extract , Panthenol, Prunus Amygdalus (Sweet Almond) Seed Extract, Silica, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, 9 Alpha, 11 Alpha, 13E-Diene-1-oic acid,15S-trihydroxy-17-Phenyl 18, 19, 20-Trinorprosta-5Z, Isopropyl Ester, Coloidal Silver, Hydroxyethylcellulose, and purified water.

How And When To Use LiLash

The product seems very easy to use. You simply apply a thin line of Lilash on your lashline in one swipe the same way you put on your eyeliner. Apparently, you can still use mascara while wearing LiLash but let the serum dry for at least 2 to 3 minutes before applying the mascara. Conversely, the eyelash enhancer is not intended to be used on the lower lashes so make sure you only apply it as instructed.

Using it once a day is enough for 8 to 12 weeks then you can minimize application to 2 times per week once your lashes have grown to the length and volume you desire. Visible results usually appear beginning the fourth to sixth week but in some occasions, it can take up to 12 weeks.

The tube is made to last for approximately 5 to 7 months with daily use. However, once you are satisfied with your lashes, your next tube could last up to 12 months since you will only be using it sparingly for maintaining your lashes

Side Effects

It is important to use the product correctly and only as instructed to avoid the risk of unnecessary side effects. The eyes are sensitive and though the product is physician formulated and is said to be hypoallergenic, it may still cause irritation and redness of the eyes. If it happens, though, it can be easily remedied by flushing the eyes with water. Discontinue using the product until symptoms have cleared up.

It is also important to note that the company does not recommend the product for pregnant and/or nursing mothers.
